Every engagement starts with a conversation. You tell us what you are dealing with. The project. The commercial pressures. The questions you need answered. We listen, assess whether Arnhem is the right fit, and tell you honestly if it is not.
This conversation is confidential, without obligation, and at no cost.
Scope & Terms
If there is a basis to proceed, we define the scope in writing. What we will review. What data we need. What the deliverable will be. What it will cost. There are no surprises and no ambiguity.
Engagements are priced on a fixed-fee or capped basis. You will not receive an open-ended invoice.
Independent Review
We conduct the review within a defined assurance window. Typically days, not weeks. We work through actual project records, contractual documentation, commercial data and operational evidence to build a clear picture of the position.
This is not a desk exercise based on management summaries. We look at the primary evidence: valuations, variations, subcontract accounts, daywork records, procurement schedules, programmes, instructions and correspondence.
Evidence-Led Findings
You receive a clear report setting out what we found, what it means commercially, and what actions are available. Every finding is referenced to documentary evidence and contractual entitlement.
The output is a position you can act on: recoverable value quantified where data permits, risks identified and prioritised, and recommendations specific enough to implement.
Recovery Support
If you need continued support to execute the recovery, Arnhem can remain engaged on agreed terms. This might mean building the detailed case, supporting negotiation, strengthening the evidential position, or providing independent input during a dispute process.
This phase is optional. Many clients take the findings and execute the recovery themselves.
